If you see the following error this means the invoice has already been exported to Xero. This can happen if there is a loss of connection when you transfer invoices, meaning they're not marked as exported in Cybake:
To resolve this issue, select all the remaining invoices and click the 'Validate Selected Transactions' button:
This will check if any of the selected transactions are already in Xero, confirm by clicking Validate Invoices:
You will see this message if any of the selected invoices are already in Xero. Clicking Mark Validated Invoices as Exported, then clicking Close will remove them from the export screen in Cybake:
