Create a Call List
To setup call lists go to Customers / Manage Customers / Call Lists then click on Manage Lists:
Click Add New Call List, name it then click the green arrow and Close:
Select your list then you can begin adding customers. To add, either click a day, or leave it blank to add a customer to every day, then search for them at the bottom. Key in a time then click Add Customer.
Please note: the days here refer to the date you want to call them, not the delivery day:
Using Call Lists
To use the call list go to Orders / Call Lists then select the list.
Please note: The list matches the one made in the setup section. For example, if you log in on Monday, Monday's call list will show. Even if you change the date (the order date) the call list will still be Monday's:
Choose the order date, then working down the list, you can create or view an order by clicking View. When an order has been placed, and the screen refreshed, a green tick will show in the Ordered column. A tick will show in the SO column if there's a standing order:
If you call and no order is required, or you need to call back, you can change the call status to show this. The status time will show to let you know when this was:
