Guide - EDI Setup

Please note to complete this setup you will require product & customer data from your EDI partner/provider.

Adding an Integration

Go to 'Integrations' select setup and '+' & click the + button.
Give the trading partner a name and choose the Integration Platform provider from the drop down menu. You may also have to provide other identifiers below depending on your EDI platform:

Setting up your Integration

Depending on your setup, your tabs may include options to add various information:



Customers
Select the customers required, click add then hit Save:

Customer Identifier Codes

If your setup requires, enter your Customer Identifier:



Products

Your Products should auto-populate within the table. Be sure to add in your external product codes if required

Column Mapping

Upload your sample file so you can map Cybake columns which will enable your Wholesale Orders to import into Cybake at the touch of a button.

N.B. The starred * field denote that they are required in order to create an order in Cybake

Done! You can now export or import with this trading partner. You can add more trading partners if required too.
