1. Setup
*If you are using shipping you will need to create a product in Cybake with the code ZZSHIPPING - all shipping from Wix will be placed against this product.
*Products must already exist in Cybake, these are linked to the product SKU in Wix
1. To setup Cybake so that you can import orders from Wix go to Integrations / Setup then click on 'Add Trading Partner.'
2. In the popup window give it the name 'Wix' then choose Wix as the trading partner. The bottom two fields can be left blank. Click Save and now you are ready to import your orders.
2. Importing Orders
*Please note this will create customers in Cybake for your Wix customers based on email addresses. If a customer returns, provided they have used the same email address it will use the account in Cybake already created for them.
1. Go to WIX.com and export the orders by selecting them and clicking export:
2. The file will look like this:
3. In Cybake 4 go to the integrations screen click on 'Import', then select integration Wix - Import Order:
2. Click to select your order file from Wix, or drag it into the box. Once the file is selected you can choose which delivery date to set against the orders in Cybake. Note if you are sending invoice transactions to your accounts package, there is the option to send invoices and/or group invoices to a head office account. By setting up a “home deliveries” account and sending invoice transactions to this account you will avoid cluttering your accounts package with consumers invoices.
Click Continue to Validation:
3. Select the plus to preview the customers/orders that will be imported. Then click the 'x' so it goes green under Validation. If you have any errors at this stage you can view more details by pressing the + icon too. Once you are happy click Confirm EDI Import:
4. You will then see a screen that confirms the import. Click the plus for an overview of this. You can also export this as a spreadsheet by clicking the three horizontal lines at the top and choosing export to CSV:
5. You should then be able to see the orders in the ordering overview screen:
6. Click the icon to see the notes:
3. Assigning Customers to Delivery Rounds
Now the system has created the Customer and Order you can now assign the orders to the appropriate delivery rounds.
1. To add to a round, simply select the round, select the day then filter the customers to only show those with orders for the selected date and those not currently on a round:
2. You can then optimise the rounds using the optimise round feature:
4. Generating Production Sheets and Delivery Notes
1. Order totals will be added to your usual Cybake production sheets, or separate home delivery reports can be created:
2. Home delivery customer delivery notes can be generated with your normal delivery note run, or keep they can be separated out:
5. Invoicing & Accounts Integration
1. Home deliveries customers can be invoiced individually, group together as one invoice for “home deliveries” or simply sent to the same account for your accounts package. Note, the customer will have received order confirmation and an invoice from the WIX site, so invoicing is solely for accounting purposes and invoices do not need to be sent to customers.
