Screen Templates
Once you have created users, the next step is to create Product Templates which will act as product catalogues for customers. To do this go to Products / Screen Templates. Here you can build a template product list and apply it to multiple customers. Start by keying in the name of your new template in the left-hand panel. Click on the tick to save:
- Select Add Product(s) To [Template]:
- Search for and move products from Available Products to Products in Profile. Select Add products to [Template] when finished.
- You can now select days the products are available to order in the template. Select the day at the top to apply a tick for all products in the column. You can also choose to apply ticks for individual products and days:
- Save and then choose Apply Template to apply your finished template to customers.
Make sure you have Layout Type: Inbound/Shop selected and under Type choose whether you want to replace any original list (Remove Existing Products And Add) or add to it (Add To Existing Products):
- Find the customers you want to apply the template to and select Apply:
Screen Layouts
Screen Layouts is a quick view of templates that are applied to a customer.
Here you can add and remove products from the list, as well as organise which days they are available using the tick icons. Selecting Copy From Layouts allows you to copy a list from another customer:
