To log in to Outbound, first create a user - Guide - Creating & Assigning Drivers in Cybake
Home Screen
When the app is opened the user will see a list of the drops for the driver that’s logged in, drops will only show if there is a delivery/order for the day that has been Despatched.
Each drop has a Map button (to view directions to the drop),
The Order button (to take and amend future orders)
Deliveries button (to view & amend deliveries)
And Proof of Delivery button (to take a photo/signature) and track baskets that are collected/delivered:
Delivery Driver Instructions
Customer specific notes can be set in the customer profile in Cybake under Delivery Notes
Head to the Customer/Delivery Notes to add instructions:
Will appear in Outbound as the below screen shows:
Map
The Map button opens your default Map application which will plot out your route from your current location to the that customers drop.
Orders
Selecting the Order button will default to the following day’s order, where you can amend and add lines. To add a new product tap on the three dots in the bottom right corner and select Add Product.
You can then search for and add products to the order.
Here you can also change the date to view/edit future orders for the customer:
Deliveries
The Deliveries screen shows the current day’s order where you can adjust orders.
Proof of Delivery & Basket Tracking
Tap on the proof of delivery icon to take a signature
You can also take upto 6 photos which are sent back to to Cybake
If collecting cash, enter into the Cash box
To collect baskets, select which type of basket it is from the dropdown.
Next set the amount you are dropping off or picking up
When you have finished, press the back button to confirm.
The Basket Summary will appear on a customer Order Confirmation and Invoice
