To create preparation sheets for recipes, first go to Outputs > End Of Day and Select Add Report. In the next window choose Preparation Sheet, give the report a name and from the filters below choose which Products, or Product Categories/Groups to include, and to filter further with additional filters provided if you wish:
You can then select a Definition, a sub-type for the prep-sheet. Standard is the full prep-sheet which breaks down the recipes. Summary summarises recipes and products. Select Save when you are finished. You should then be able to find and run your report by selecting the tick in the Output column and choosing Output All Selected:
There is also an option to output in CSV
