Guide - Exporting Invoices to Xero

Importing invoices and credits from Cybake and Xero is simple. You will need a Xero account with the necessary permissions to import sales invoices. When you do import invoices into Xero from Cybake. Cybake will also import any new products and customers into Xero.
You will need to then set any tax codes, account codes against these products in Xero.

Exporting to Xero

Select Export / Xero and then select Connect to Xero. This will take you to Xero where you will be asked to confirm that you want to connect to Cybake:

       

Below, when you are back in Cybake, search for and tick the invoices or credits that you want to export. Once they’re selected choose Export Invoice(s) to Xero:

 

N.B. Mark Selected as Exported allows you to manually mark any credits/invoices as exported. Selecting this will require confirmation.

 

Navigate to Xero and then choose Business> Invoices:

You can now view the invoices in Xero:
