Guide - End of Day Outputs

On this page you can create and run End of Day templates. These are outputs that are pre-configured and ready to run at any time, grouped/individually or as a batch.

You can run various reports to CSV and/or PDF format.

1. To create an end of day template, select Add Report:

2. Choose the Output Type, give the template a Name and then depending on the output type options will then show below that let you filter your report by different things e.g. products, rounds. Select add next to the criteria to add it to the report. Any saved search criteria on the report are on the right of the window:

 

3. Include additional days in the report. For instance, if you ran the report for a Monday with two additional days, it would also include Tuesday and Wednesday in the figures. A report can run for a maximum of 7 days:

 

4. You also have the option to sort your report by different criteria. Choose the sort you need and then Add Sorting. This will then appear, select Remove Sort to remove it or add a new sorting:

5. Select Save when you are finished filtering and sorting your report and you will then be able to find this report in the end of day list where you can run it at any time:

 

6. To run the report apply a tick under the Output column, choose the date and then Output All Selected

When the output(s) are ready to download, the Download icon will appear:
