Pricing

Pricing allows you to change the Default Product Tax Code (Choose from Standard 20%, Reduced 5%, Zero 0%, Exempt 0%). You can also add whether you are VAT Registered and your VAT Registration Number. Below are the currency options as well as the tax region.

N.B. Here choose the ‘Category Group’ who’s child categories can be discounted.

Emailing 

Emailing contains the setup of all customisation for outgoing emails in Cybake 4, creating a template for the 

N.B. The From Address should be from a genuine domain as anything else could flag emails from Cybake as suspicious. Similarly leaving the subject or Body of the email blank can flag your emails to a spam filter. 

People

People allows you to organise records for personnel within your company and add contact methods for them. Select Add Person to begin:

 

Fill in the individual’s details and select Add Contact Method if you’d like to attach a phone number or email address to them. Once saved they will then show in the list above:
