Users & Passwords
To view Cybake Users go to Admin / Users. Here you will see a full list of Cybake head-office users and usernames. You can delete Users by clicking the Trash icon
You can search and filter Users
To reset a password, right-click on the selected user and click Reset Password
You will be then prompted with a screen to Confirm Username and Reset Password
To edit a user, again, right-click on the selected user and click Edit User
Here you will be prompted with the Update User screen. You can update the Display Name and roles for the user. To select both roles as Outbound/Picking, click and hold CTRL on the keyboard.
If you wish to export a list of users to CSV, XLS or PDF , click on the folder icon
Here you will be shown options to export to the different formats. Change the file name for your document. Edit CSV into your preferred method and the required. Also, you can choose the required orientation for your PDF
N.B. Always set usernames as the user’s email address. This way the users can reset their own passwords using the forgot password function on the logging in screen. |
