Guide - Using Cybake

Logging In

You can use Cybake on any PC or device that is connected to the internet with Google Chrome.

N.B. Cybake and Inbound/Shop is optimised to work with Google Chrome.

Depending on your region head to:
https://application.cybakeonline.co.uk/ (UK/EU)
https://app.cybake.com/ (US)
https://app.cybake.com.au/ (AUS)
Using the login details that have been sent to you.
If you forget your password, you can reset it by following the Forgot your Password? button at the log in screen.

The landing screen includes Service Desk information, quick buttons for Orders, Customers, Products and Outputs as well as release notes. Release Notes detail updates and changes to Cybake to keep an eye on. These will also be sent to Cybake users by Email.

 

Navigate around Cybake using the menu bar on the left. Selecting the menu icon will display the names of each section. When you select an option, sub menus will appear:

                      

For accessibility you can also navigate Cybake using the keyboard on your PC. Select Tab to cycle forward through options on the screen and Shift + Tab to cycle backwards. Press Enter to select the highlighted option.
To sign out of Cybake click your username in the top right corner of the screen and select Sign Out:

You can hide columns on by selecting the menu icon at the top right of tables, then choosing which columns to see. However please note that selections are reset after refreshing the page:
