Category Groups page allows you to organise your customers into Categories and Category Groups.
A Category is a collection of customers, where a Group is a collection of Categories.
First Add Category Group:

In the next window, give the group a name. If there are any unassigned categories, you can choose to include them in this group. Select save when you are finished:
Then Add Customer Category:
Give the category a name, assign it to a group and hit Save:
To add customers to a category first select the category in the left-hand panel, then find the customer in the Available Customers panel and drag them into Included Customers. Click save when you are finished. In the Groups and Categories panel you can also rename a group or category using the pen icon, or delete it with the X icon (you will be asked to confirm this):
