Addresses

When you have created a customer, you can begin to add more details. Navigate to the customer’s page and select Addresses. Fill in their address, choose an Address Type and select Save:

Once the address is saved you can then generate a Geocode which will help optimise the sequence of your delivery rounds.

N.B. A valid postcode is necessary to obtain a GeoCode Address.

When the address is saved you can also select Add Contact Method for the customer:

In the next window complete the fields, select whether this will be the Default contact method for the customer and hit Create:

 

Select Show all addresses to view all the addresses for the customer:

 

Here you can quickly review addresses as well as change whether they are the Main Delivery, Invoice, Default Main, Default Delivery and Default Invoice address. Select the pen icon to edit the address. You can also delete it if you need to:

People

Here you can set up your customers for Invoices and Order/Delivery Recipient:

Click +Add Person, fill in the person’s name, title and save the changes. You can then select Add Contact Method to attach an email address or phone number to the person:

Click on Back to Results and you can view all the people for the customer.

Select for each person to be the recipient of either the Order Confirmation and/or Invoice by ticking the relevant box. If you select them as the order recipient, the customer will be automatically sent an email confirmation of their order after the cut off time for placing orders.

Users

The Users tab allows you to create and edit users for Cybake Instore and the Inbound online ordering system. After selecting Add User, choose the person, give them a display name, enter an email address and a password (they can change this later). Finally choose whether the user is for Instore or Shop, and then select Create:

Go back to Users and you should now be able to see a list of all users for the customer. Here you can delete a user, as well as generate a new PIN (PINs only apply to Instore users):
