General
To begin adding general settings for your company and head office click on Admin / My Company / General:
This section allows you to view your Company Name and add your Company Registration number.
You can also choose your Time Zone, Paper Format, Date Format, Time Format and Default Country.
Addresses
On the following menu you can manage your company addresses.
To add a new address select Add Address:
Choose the Address Type, fill in the address and select Save. This address will appear on Delivery notes and Invoices:
N.B To select all three Address Types hold Ctrl (on PC) and select all three Address Types. |
For round optimisation, a valid address must be entered. Once you have added your company’s address, click “GeoCode Address”. This will be the starting point for your round planning. At the bottom of this page you can add contact details by selecting Add Contact Method:
Choose the Contact Method Type (Telephone, Mobile, Email), add the email address or number, then select Create. You can also choose whether it’s the Default contact method or not for your company. You should then see a list of all your contact methods. Use the pen icon to edit the contact or the bin icon to delete:
At the top of the page select Show all addresses to see an overview of all your addresses. Here you can quickly change the type and whether it’s a default address. Use the pen icon to edit the address or the bin icon to delete it.
