How to fix this
To fix this issue, you will need to retrospectively add a Price to the customers assigned Price List
Head to Prices, select the Customer assigned Price List. Add Products+ then select the Start Date Prior to the start of the invoice.
Add the Product, select a Price and +Add Products to 'Price List'
(If this is a Weekly Invoice customer, you would select a date on the first date of weeks invoice range)
Altering Price on a Despatched/Invoiced order
You cannot change the Price on an order that has been marked as Despatched or Invoiced
To rectify this, you will need to cancel the Delivery Note or Invoice
FAQ - How do I cancel an Invoice or Delivery Note?
Next you can change the Price on the Price List, or if its a one off Price, Manually add one to the Daily Order screen
Applying a Manual Price
You can change the Price of a product as a one-off on the Daily Order screen
This will not change the price of the product on the customers assigned Price List going forwards
Click into the Price column cell and enter the Price.
A Manual Price is highlighted in Red text:
N.B. A Product needs to be assigned to a Price List, regardless if you are entering a Manual Price for it. If you add a product to an order with no Price List assigned to the Product, enter a Manual Price, when you come to invoice the order, you will see the "No Price Found for 'Product Code' Error"
Please see how to rectify this in:
