Route Management

With the Route Management screen, you can easily manage routes and export your route data

Head to Customers/Routes/Management to get started

Main Menu

Opening up Route Management greets you with the following screen.

Click the Filter buttons to control the view of customers on Customers on route and All customers

You can click a selection of customers using your mouse.

Next, Right Click within the Customers on route or All customers table of customers to pop up a sub menu of controls

Creating a new route

To create a new route, click the button, name the new route the +Add route

Adding customers to a route

To add customers to a route, select your route which will be highlighted in blue.

Next within the All customers click the button to add customers individually.

Hit Save once finished

You can also choose multiple customers to add.

Right click once you are happy with your selection and click +Add selected customers. Finally hit save

Finally you can change the delivery order for customers by dragging customers -

and by changing the customer route order number:

Adding customers to a temporary route

First select your route. Next load the date you wish to create a temporary route for. 

Click Temp (date selected)

Choose whether to use existing route as a template. or start afresh with a blank temporary route to build

When finished, hit Save

Organising a route

With a route selected press the button.

Any changes you make here by altering the route order or by using any of the route optimisation features, will place the route onto a Temporary one

NB in order for your delivery outputs to appear in the planned drop order, you must organise the routes before running your Delivery Notes.
If you want to make changes to your routes but have already run delivery notes, you must cancel delivery notes first.

Copy Route

With the route management screen, you can Copy a Route to another route/day. 

Just click the Copy Route button to get started.

Select the Delivery Wave, Day then which route you wish to copy to. Finally hit +Copy route

Please note, where a temporary route is applied, you cannot overwrite it

Exporting route data

The Route Management screen allows you to export route information

Click the Export button on any of the exportable screens
