How to raise a ticket with Cybake
For us to deal with your request as quickly and effectively as possible, raising a ticket with our support team is the best way to do so.
Once you have a logged a ticket, it is then logged in our queue and will be dealt with once we have a member of support with the experience to deal with your query.

Helpdesk User Registration
To keep a logged history of tickets you have raised with Cybake, so you can refer back to solutions on previously raised issues, we recommend you register an account with the Help Centre Portal.
To begin Create a login
Once registered, check your email to set your password:

In the Help Centre exists the Guides and FAQs which cover all aspects of Cybake.
Our support team regularly update upon changes made to Cybake monthly update cycle.

Search for articles or browse through the User Guide, FAQs or General sections
Username
Click your username to view the options
My activities to view a history of tickets raised
My profile to change any profile details, including email address through Edit profile
Change password if you need to alter your password
Submitting a ticket
If you are unable to to find a resolution to your query, you will need to raise a ticket.
When raising a ticket please be sure to provide as much information as you can, including the page you are on, and if possible using screenshots or a recordings of your issue happening in real time.
This will help our support team to identify the issue quickly.
You can raise a ticket through the following options
Through the help centre using your user profile, hit the Submit a request button to raise a ticket
Support Widget
Using the Support Widget in the bottom left corner of the Cybake homescreen
Click the Contact Us button and again, filling in as much information as you can provide.
Once completed, hit Send
Email you can send an email to support@cybake.zendesk.com
